据人民日报，5月25日，华为正式发表半导体技术“韬定律”，引发各界关注。华为公司董事、半导体业务部总裁何庭波在访谈中解释了为何提出“韬定律”，这是源于摩尔定律演进以后会遇到物理边界的“墙”，而华为公司先遇到“墙”，2020年就开始思考这个问题，过去6年做了300多款芯片。
