为推动旅游法有效实施，健全旅游法律法规制度政策，筑牢旅游业高质量发展的法治保障，全国人大常委会5月25日启动旅游法执法检查。
旅游法是我国旅游业第一部基础性、综合性法律，于2013年4月通过、同年10月1日起施行，2016年和2018年分别对部分条款作了修改。（新华社）
