故障现象
在安装无线网卡驱动时，系统提示“没有插入无线网卡”，如下图所示：
该问题最有可能是：网卡没有插入到电脑（网卡没有被系统识别）或者使用错误的驱动程序。
解决方法
1.请确认网卡已插入到电脑，并且系统有检测发现到无线网卡；
2.重新安装该网卡的驱动程序，确认驱动是对应操作系统的（确认清楚32位或64位）；
3.将网卡更换到其他电脑上尝试或者还原电脑操作系统后重新尝试安装。
