5月22日19时29分，山西沁源留神峪煤矿发生瓦斯爆炸事故，截至5月23日，事故已造成82人死亡。
有当日二号井晚班的工人告诉记者，事故发生当晚，他们21时许正常下井作业，未被告知三号井发生爆炸事故。
