泥塘深处藏着的藕，模样实在算不上好看。裹着厚厚的黑泥，疙疙瘩瘩，粗粗笨笨，一点也不精致。
可洗净了泥，削去外皮，便露出雪白的内里。切成薄片，滚水焯过，淋上糖醋汁拌匀，喷香。
就着这盘简单的凉拌藕，倒上一杯酒。一口脆藕，一口酒，真好。
泥塘深处藕，
长得丑。
