近期12345热线频接市民投诉，不少市民在上海国拍线上平台、线下窗口登记个人手机号等信息后，频繁收到车牌代拍、汽车销售类骚扰来电。涉事用户均曾向国拍提交姓名、身份证号、手机号等隐私资料，海量沪牌竞拍用户信息疑似外泄，个人信息安全防护漏洞引发公众担忧。
