为迎接北京来的王才亮主任，我们行政法人周二在广州约了个饭，可惜的是王主任有重要安排，于是我们又还在周五，但贵客又因故未能赶来，于是我们就借机“自吃自”，大家一起就当前的行政法治进行了深入探讨，大家回忆认识20年来的点滴。反正情况就是这么个情况，我们一起共克时艰，共同等待着法治的春天。20260522
