格隆汇5月22日丨众安在线(06060.HK)公告，董事会已于2026年5月22日决议：(1)不续聘罗兵咸永道，因此罗兵咸永道将自公司即将于2026年6月23日举行之应届年度股东大会结束後退任公司核数师；及(2)经公司审计与消费者权益保护委员会(「审核委员会」)推荐，建议分别委任德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行及德勤华永会计师事务所(特殊普通合夥)(统称「德勤」)为公司新任国际核数师及公司新任中国核数师。
