5月22日，万泰生物（603392）发布公告，公司董事会秘书余涛已于2026年3月26日因个人家庭原因辞职，根据相关规定，董事会决定由公司董事长邱子欣代行董事会秘书职责，直至新董事会秘书聘任完成。
2026年一季度，万泰生物实现收入5.23亿元，归母净利润-4298万元。
