5月22日，同兴科技（003027）发布公告，公司第五届董事会任期即将届满，决定进行换届选举。新一届董事会将由9名董事组成，非独立董事候选人包括郑光明、朱宁、姚曙江、郑勇和何洪。独立董事候选人包括许斌、唐先胜和朱承驻。
2026年一季度，同兴科技实现收入1.01亿元，归母净利润1037万元。
