姥姥亲吻婴儿脚丫后，嘴唇红肿如香肠！医生提醒......

近日，河北一名女子因亲吻婴儿的脚丫，导致上唇迅速红肿如香肠，被确诊为脚部细菌或真菌感染引发的接触性皮炎。

A grandmother in Hebei province developed a severe lip infection after kissing her grandchild's foot. Her upper lip swelled dramatically, resembling a sausage, and was diagnosed as contact dermatitis caused by bacteria or fungi on the baby's foot.

5月19日，视频发布者告诉记者，嘴唇红肿的是孩子姥姥，家中已排除传染可能。姥姥此前也多次亲吻过宝宝的脚丫，此次症状格外严重。目前姥姥已经就医，唇部患处也已经消肿。

5月20日，湖北省中医院皮肤一科主任李恒接受记者采访时表示，人体正常皮肤表面本身存在定植菌群，婴儿脚部同样存有大量微生物。成年人唇部黏膜较为脆弱，体质敏感人群接触到婴儿脚部的外来菌群后，极易诱发接触性唇炎，出现唇部水肿、皮肤瘙痒等不适症状。

医生提醒：日常生活中，家长及长辈尽量不要用嘴唇直接亲吻宝宝的手脚、口鼻、臀部等部位。婴儿皮肤表面菌群繁杂，直接亲吻很容易造成双方出现过敏问题或是发生交叉感染。

Doctors advise parents and grandparents to avoid direct lip contact with a baby's hands, feet, face, mouth, or buttocks. The complex microbial environment on an infant's skin increases the risk of cross-infection or allergic reactions for both parties.

另外，大人涂抹唇膏等化妆品后唇部留存的化学物质，以及进食过后嘴唇残留的食物残渣，一旦接触到体质敏感的婴儿皮肤，同样会诱发各类过敏反应。
