5月21日，中芯国际（688981/00981）发布公告，公司拟向国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司等发行股份购买其所合计持有的中芯北方集成电路制造（北京）有限公司49%的股权。
2026年5月21日，公司收到中国证券监督管理委员会出具的批复，允许其发行股份购买资产。
2025年，中芯国际实现收入673.23亿元，归母净利润50.41亿元。
