财联社5月21日电，宇信科技(300674.SZ)公告称，公司拟以自有资金出资3900万元，与专业投资机构汇垠德擎、关联方宇信数智共同投资设立专项基金“德擎宇信”，基金规模2亿元，主要投资于人工智能、大数据及相关产业链早中期科技企业。本次交易构成关联交易，已获董事会审议通过，关联董事回避表决。
