5月18日，周海兵副主任与俄罗斯联邦经济发展部副部长伊利乔夫在京共同主持召开中俄投资合作委员会秘书长第21次会议，协调推动两国投资合作。国家发展改革委、外交部等相关政府部门，俄驻华使馆以及中俄有关企业代表参加了会议。
