5月20日，在第三届中国绿色铝业峰会上，中国五矿化工进出口商会会长江辉表示，碳排放相关措施正将碳从外部因素转变为铝业直接贸易成本。
江辉指出，铝的碳排放强度因生产方式不同差异巨大，碳定价机制正在打破原有的成本竞争格局。低碳铝将获得额外的成本优势，而高碳铝则面临市场折价。
