5月19日，重庆金融监管局公布的批复显示，同意小米通讯技术有限公司受让重庆金山控股（集团）有限公司持有的重庆小米消费金融15000股股份（10%股权）。此次交易完成后，小米通讯对小米消金的持股比例从50%升至60%，金山控股退出。
