近日，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平就推动哲学社会科学高质量发展作出重要指示强调，加快构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系。

Chinese President Xi Jinping has stressed accelerating the building of a Chinese intellectual system in philosophy and social sciences. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in an instruction on promoting the high-quality development of philosophy and social sciences.

哲学社会科学是人们认识世界、改造世界的重要工具，是推动历史发展和社会进步的重要力量，其发展水平反映了一个民族的思维能力、精神品格、文明素质，体现一个国家的综合国力与国际竞争力。2024年7月18日中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》指出：“创新马克思主义理论研究和建设工程，实施哲学社会科学创新工程，构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系。”这是党中央立足完成新的文化使命和哲学社会科学发展规律作出的重大部署，对于加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学具有重要指导和引领作用。

构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系，是新时代我国哲学社会科学发展的战略目标。2026年5月，习近平总书记就推动哲学社会科学高质量发展作出重要指示强调，加快构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系，更好回答中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问。

【重要讲话】

深入实施马克思主义理论研究和建设工程，加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系，培育壮大哲学社会科学人才队伍。

We will make further progress in the project to study and develop Marxist theory. In philosophy and the social sciences, we will work faster to develop Chinese systems for fields of study, academia, and discourse, and we will cultivate a pool of talented philosophers and social scientists.
