5月19日，据外媒消息，亚德诺（ADI.US）正就以约15亿美元现金收购半导体公司Empower Semiconductor进行深入谈判。知情人士称，相关协议最快可能于周二宣布，但同时提醒谈判仍在进行中，交易仍有可能在未达成协议的情况下告吹。Empower总部位于加州米尔皮塔斯，主要研发电源管理芯片，用于调节数据中心等应用场景中的电压。
