烟台水文中心发布全市降水情况，5月18日7:00—5月19日6:00全市平均降水55.6毫米，最大降水在莱阳市吕格庄，107.0毫米。
预计白天到夜间，烟台阴有小到中雨，东部和南部地区局部大雨或暴雨；东南风转东北风，南部海区6级转6~7级阵风8级，其他海区5~6级转6级阵风7级，陆地3~4级转4~5级阵风6~7级。烟台市气象台19日6时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警和大风警报。
