格隆汇5月15日丨中国中药(00570.HK)宣布，董事会于2026年5月15日作出决议，因工作内容调整，刘海建已辞任非执行董事，有关安排即时生效。自辞任非执行董事生效后，刘海建亦不再担任董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员。
同日宣布，陈坤已获委任为非执行董事及薪酬与考核委员会委员，自2026年5月15日起生效。
