近日，先声药业发布公告称，2026年5月13日，公司回购股份106万股，回购金额为1230万港元。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为2.47亿股，已回购股份1611万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.6512%。
