5月13日，亚通股份（600692）发布公告，公司的控股子公司上海长鸿兴通房地产开发有限公司拟将上海市崇明区金滂路789弄68号商业资产整体公开招租，租赁期限为20年。
公告指出，挂牌底价确定为首年租金924万元，首年6个月为装修免租期，第2年到第5年每年在上一年租金的基础上递增3%，第6年到第20年每年在上一年租金的基础上递增5%，20年整租收入（含税）为2.8亿元。
2026年一季度，亚通股份实现收入2.58亿元，归母净利润175万元。
