5月13日，澎湃新闻记者获悉，面壁智能联合清华大学、OpenBMB开源社区正式发布并开源新一代端侧多模态大模型：MiniCPM-V4.6，以1.3B的参数规模，实现性能与效率的双重突破，在全球同尺寸模型中登顶。在内存价格飞涨的当下，MiniCPM-V4.6只需6G内存即可在端侧运行，降低多模态大模型在各类智能终端上的落地门槛。（澎湃新闻记者 范佳来）
