财联社5月12日电，辽宁省人民政府新闻办12日召开新闻发布会，就《辽宁省人工智能OPC培育发展实施方案（2026-2028年）》进行政策解读。方案提出，到2028年，辽宁将打造重点OPC社区20个以上，培育OPC企业300家、集聚OPC人才超3000名，推动辽宁成为国内外OPC人才创业首选区和创新发展新高地。
