格隆汇5月12日丨银河娱乐(00027.HK)公告，叶树林及万卓祺因退休，自2026年5月13日起辞任银娱独立非执行董事职务。于辞任生效日期起，叶亦将不再担任银娱审核委员会成员、提名委员会和薪酬委员会主席。董事会欣然宣布，施荣忻将获委任为银娱独立非执行董事及提名委员会成员，自2026年5月13日起生效。
