5月12日，汤姆猫（300459）发布公告，秦海娟因个人原因申请辞去执行总经理兼财务总监，其辞职后将不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务，
同时，公司于2026年5月12日召开董事会，同意聘任胡斐担任公司财务总监。
2026年一季度，汤姆猫实现收入2.38亿元，归母净利润3075万元。
