据报道，OpenAI与微软达成协议，将双方的总营收分成款项上限设定为380亿美元。
微软此前于4月表示，来自OpenAI的营收分成款项将持续至2030年，尽管设有总体上限，但具体支付比例仍将沿用此前双方约定的比例。
