近日，厦门海关官网更新显示，刘卫已任厦门海关关长、党委书记，一级关务监督。
厦门海关1984年升格为正厅级海关，是国家进出关境监督管理机关，受海关总署直接领导，管辖范围为福建省厦门市、泉州市、漳州市、龙岩市的各项海关管理工作。
