据Reinsurance News，近日，美国国际集团（AIG）宣布，将清仓所持Corebridge金融约2500万股普通股，交易净收入约7.1亿美元，预计5月7日完成交割。AIG于2024年确认已满足会计层面将Corebridge金融剥离合并报表的各项条件。此前AIG曾向日本生命保险（NipponLife）出售1.2亿股Corebridge普通股，总对价约38亿美元。根据彼时交易条款约定，美国国际集团承诺交割后两年内保留Corebridge金融9.9%的股份，而随着本次彻底出售，该锁定期约束现已正式终结。
