1950年中国人民解放军第三兵团第十二军寄河北涉县军邮实寄封2件。均销二野军邮12支局日戳，经重庆中转，有重庆中转戳，及涉县到达戳，其中2枚涉县戳不同，分别为8月3日河南涉县及9月1日北京邮区涉县戳，作为河北涉县历史沿革之最好证明，邮戳清晰，保存较好，含佣成交价￥1,035。
