当地时间5月4日，SAP与Dremio联合宣布，SAP已同意收购开放式高性能数据湖仓平台Dremio。本次交易具体条款未予披露，交易预计将于2026年第三季度完成。通过整合Dremio，SAP业务数据云将升级为原生支持Apache Iceberg的企业级湖仓，统一SAP与非SAP数据以支撑企业级规模的智能体AI运行。
