近年来，北京市海淀区将扬尘管控纳入“0.1微克”攻坚核心任务，以“绣花功夫”精抓细管，持续提升城市生态环境品质与精细化治理水平。图为执法人员正在与施工单位交谈，督促企业切实落实扬尘管控主体责任，履行土方、拆除湿法作业，做好裸土、堆料苫盖，落实“门前三包”，运输车辆拒绝带泥带土上路，同时鼓励企业积极使用基坑气膜。
