@中国东方航空 5月2日消息，今日公司一成都到上海的航班落地后，在缓速滑行靠近机位过程中，发生机械故障，机组立即按程序处置，最终飞机与廊桥发生局部碰擦。机上旅客安全，已有序下机。事件具体原因正在调查中。
对于此次事件给旅客出行带来的不便，我们深表歉意。
