大宗商品贸易商摩科瑞能源集团起诉波罗的海交易所，指控其一项关键中东原油运价基准出现扭曲，给公司造成巨额损失。摩科瑞已向伦敦高等法院对波罗的海交易所旗下负责编制运价基准的子公司Baltic Exchange Information Services Ltd.提起诉讼。
