2026年4月30日，邮储银行(601658.SH)公告称，近日公司已完成注册资本变更登记手续，并取得北京市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。
注册资本由人民币99,161,076,038元增加至人民币120,095,053,492元，同时已完成相应修订后公司章程的备案。此前，国家金融监督管理总局已于2026年4月2日核准本次注册资本变更事项。
