为响应国家人工智能发展战略,中山大学于2020年正式成立人工智能学院。学院定位于珠海校区办学,围绕人工智能学科,重点发展智能计算、智能感知、智能控制三大研究方向开展科技攻关与人才培养,服务国家的“深蓝”重大战略、粤港澳大湾区人工智能发展及中山大学“深海、深地、深空”学科群建设,建成涵盖AI领域的基础研究、交叉融合和产教协同的人工智能创新人才培养基地。
仪式上,中山大学人工智能学院两大高水平科研平台正式揭牌启用,同步开展校外行业导师聘任与实践基地签约工作。威胜信息通信与芯片事业群总经理肖林松凭借深厚的行业经验与技术视野,正式受聘为中山大学人工智能学院行业导师,将以企业实践资源与产业视角深度参与人才培养。

On April 29, Willfar Information was invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of the "Zhifei" Virtual-Real Integration Training Ground and the "Zhiqi" Robotics Center of the School of Artificial Intelligence, Sun Yat-sen University, as well as the appointment ceremony for industry tutors and the signing ceremony for postgraduate practice bases. This event marked a new stage of high-quality industry-education integration for university-enterprise cooperation. Xiao Linsong, General Manager of the Communication and Chip Business Group at Willfar Information, was appointed as an industry tutor of the School of Artificial Intelligence, Sun Yat-sen University.
In response to the national artificial intelligence development strategy, Sun Yat-sen University officially founded the School of Artificial Intelligence in 2020.Based at the University’s Zhuhai Campus, the School focuses on the discipline of artificial intelligence, concentrating on scientific research and talent cultivation across three core research directions: intelligent computing, intelligent perception and intelligent control. It serves the national in-depth maritime strategy, the artificial intelligence development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the construction of Sun Yat-sen University’s disciplinary clusters covering deep sea, deep earth and deep space. Committed to integrated basic research, interdisciplinary innovation and industry-education collaboration, the School has developed into a high-caliber training base for innovative talents in the field of artificial intelligence.
At the ceremony, two high-level scientific research platforms under the School of Artificial Intelligence, Sun Yat-sen University, were officially unveiled and put into operation. The university also carried out the appointment of off-campus industry tutors and the signing of practice base cooperation agreements. With profound industry experience and professional technological vision, Xiao Linsong was formally appointed as an industry tutor of the School of Artificial Intelligence. He will deeply participate in talent cultivation by leveraging enterprise practical resources and industrial insights.
Endowed with solid technological accumulation and outstanding advantages in intelligent sensing, edge computing and artificial intelligence application, Willfar Information has officially become a cooperative unit for the postgraduate practice base of the School of Artificial Intelligence. The two sides signed a cooperation agreement on-site to establish a long-term mechanism featuring university-enterprise co-construction, resource sharing and achievement integration.
