4月30日，S佳通（600182）发布公告，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证券监督管理委员会决定对公司立案。
公告指出，目前公司经营情况正常。立案调查期间，公司将积极配合中国证券监督管理委员会立案的调查工作，并按照有关法律法规等的规定和要求，及时做好信息披露工作。
2026年一季度，S佳通实现收入11.03亿元，归母净利润4743万元。
