万邦德4月29日公告称，公司2025年度内部控制被出具否定意见的审计报告，根据相关规定，深圳证券交易所将对公司股票交易实施其他风险警示。公司股票自2026年4月30日开市起停牌1天，自2026年5月6日开市起复牌，复牌后股票简称由“万邦德”变更为“ST万邦”，股票代码不变，日涨跌幅限制由10%变更为5%。
