人民财讯4月29日电，九鼎投资(600053)4月29日披露一季报，公司2026年一季度实现营业收入2665.76万元，同比下降28.93%；归母净利润亏损3420.76万元。报告期内，私募股权投资管理业务实现营业收入581.50万元，同比增加363.87%，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润-2188.34万元。房地产业务实现营业收入861.79万元，同比减少75.60%，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润-907.44万元。建筑施工业务实现营业收入1069.56万元。
