因英歌石科学城项目施工需要，大连公安交管支队决定，4月30日0时至6月30日24时，对旅顺中路（马北线）英歌石科学城路段采取全封闭交通管理措施。
大连公安交管部门提醒，市民及时了解封路信息，途经车辆驾驶人按照现场指示标志由英歌石科学城内部新建道路绕行。
