据悉，蒸汽眼罩采用自发热控温技术，若使用时间过长，可能造成眼周红肿甚至低温烫伤。专家提醒，市面上超35%的蒸汽眼罩实际温度可达50至60°C，且发热时长超过1小时，远超安全阈值。尤其人在睡眠中痛觉迟钝，戴着过夜风险更高。医生建议，使用时应选择温度适宜的产品，单次佩戴时间不宜超过20分钟，并避免在睡眠时使用。
