4月29日，抖音生活服务发布“五一”消费前瞻数据显示，4月11日至4月27日，平台上地方菜团购销售额同比增长43%，酒店宾馆增长54%，景点票券增长45%，综合商场增长88%。三线及以下小城游受热捧，柳州、赣州、开封、湖州等抖音吃喝游玩团购订单增长超6成；上海、福州、厦门、郑州、成都等热门旅游城市消费走热。
