北京商报讯（记者 吴其芸）4月28日，科德教育发布2025年年度报告，报告期内，科德教育实现营业收入7.55亿元，同比下降4.99%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.24亿元，同比下降14.73%。
财报显示，2025年，科德教育经营业绩下滑主要原因是受宏观市场环境变化及教育行业阶段性调整等因素影响，公司教育业务拓展节奏放缓、规模未达预期，整体经营承压，导致营业收入及盈利指标同比有所下滑。后续科德教育将优化市场拓展及招生运营策略，强化精细化管理、严控成本开支。
