据“津云”消息，4月27日，天津市统战系统领导干部会议召开。中共中央批准，张玲同志任天津市委常委。市委决定，张玲同志任天津市委统战部部长。
张玲，1971年4月生，天津人。她长期在天津工作，曾任天津财经大学党委书记、天津师范大学党委书记等职，2023年1月任天津市副市长，至此番履新。
