朝鲜最高领导人金正恩4月26日分别会见俄罗斯国家杜马主席沃洛金和俄罗斯国防部长别洛乌索夫。
沃洛金和别洛乌索夫还出席了朝鲜海外军事作战功勋纪念馆竣工典礼，并向在俄阵亡朝鲜士兵敬献花圈。别洛乌索夫当天表示，朝鲜士兵们发扬的英雄精神和勇猛精神将永远载入俄朝两国军队战斗友谊史册。
