近日，浙江。一网店店主从2017年开始，在网上卖假耐克、假李宁，进货价只有正品的零头，差价高达七八倍。
8年来销售额126万多，明知是假货仍肆意牟利，当地检察院提起刑事公诉，同时支持品牌方惩罚性赔偿诉求。目前，当事人已经退赔40万。（三农频道）
