兰州特色：酱爆三丁拌面！拌面有很多种，过油肉拌面，大盘鸡拌面，西红柿鸡蛋，茄辣西拌面……很多人都吃过。但是，兰州有一种的酱爆三丁拌面，吃过的人不多了。记得武都路有个店酱爆三丁拌面别具特色，以前吃过几次，觉得不错。前几日得闲，照方抓药，为我家小伙子，做一个酱爆三丁拌面。
