人民网哈尔滨4月25日电 (记者尚城)来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，4月24日13时，黑龙江干流萝北段(萝北县肇兴镇)开江，开江日期比历年晚3天。
目前，黑龙江省主要江河中仅黑龙江干流洛古河至三道卡段及其支流额木尔河、呼玛河未开江，其他江河均已开江。
