保时捷4月24日宣布，已同意将其在布加迪·锐马克（Bugatti Rimac）与锐马克集团（Rimac Group）的股权出售给HOF Capital牵头的财团。保时捷和锐马克集团于2021年成立了合资企业布加迪·锐马克，在该合资企业中，保时捷持有45%的少数股权，锐马克集团持有55%股权。保时捷还持有锐马克集团20.6%的股份。交易预计将于2026年底前完成交易。
