4月24日，凯因科技（688687）发布公告，公司核心技术人员李响因个人原因辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
李响与公司签订有《保守商业秘密协议书》及《竞业限制协议》，负有相应的保密和竞业限制义务，其负责的工作已交接完毕，离职不会对公司的日常运营、技术研发和生产经营产生不利影响。
2026年一季度，凯因科技实现收入2.07亿元，归母净利润613万元。
